Welcome Hello and thank you for visiting. I have been a vocal advocate for the taxpayers and homeowners in Fort Bend. Last year I ran for City Council on a platform of open, ethical and fiscally responsible government. Though we were not successful in our bid for the District C seat, the margin was narrow and we were able to force the entrenched incumbents to respond to the concerns voiced throughout the community. The issues which our campaign brought to the forefront have yet to be resolved. As such, I have decided to enter the race for City Council, At Large Position 2. I maintain the position that the people of our community desire an end to the controversies and misplaced priorities. Pandering to the special interests that control our civic agenda continues to be detrimental to not only the city itself, but the moral and welfare of those who currently provide the services within the government as evidenced by the high turnover rate of city employees. I am guided by the philosophy, the philosophy of Jefferson, that governments are instituted to secure the rights and property of those who live within its jurisdiction. Government should never become a threat to the very thing it was established to protect. I will be an independent voice in the council guided by the principles of limited government and fiscal responsibility. If you desire that our government work towards lower taxes in a commercial environment which is friendly towards small business, then please support my campaign by casting your vote for change in May.
